Third Party Provider Solutions
At Retail Echelon Installations Group, we are always looking for new opportunities to develop partnerships with companies that manufacture/distribute/sell traffic counting technology. We can help grow your business by providing quality independent installation services.
Our commitment to our industry partners:"We support your traffic counter sales with installations that are flawless, service that is timely and customer service that is seamless with your own. Often times we act as an extension of your sales force by helping your customer to see new opportunities for additional equipment or upgrades (when appropriate) while we are in stores. Our goal is simple, to focus on your customers as if they were our own."
Our services offer traffic counter companies the opportunity to have a dedicated, well trained installation team at their disposal without having to employ technicians. It can be difficult to predict when the next big roll out will happen. With Retail Echelon Installations Group, you don't have to. We are available when you need us and you only pay for the services you use.
Supporting Your Sales Efforts
We will accompany you on meetings with clients and potential clients to explain the installation process, provide accurate cost estimates for installation and address any installation or service related questions your client may have.
Showing your potential customers that their implementation will be seamless from start to finish will go a long way in helping close the sale. Customers need to feel confident not only in the product they are purchasing but also in the people they are purchasing it from. Our support in the final phase of the decision making process will offer your customer one more benefit that your competitor can't.
We can provide site surveys by having a Retail Echelon representative visit a location in person. We document our findings, take photographs and email the information to you. Site surveys are a great way to ensure a true understanding of the clients needs before a rollout begins. Below are just a few of the items we are looking at when we are on site:
• Potential challenges with the installation based on store layout, build out or construction. Examples: limited or no access to ceiling, high/low/open ceiling, required access to areas belonging to mall/shopping center/other tenants, construction materials such as granite, marble or glass that require special tools/saws/drill bits.
• Any special equipment requirements. Examples: a lift, tall ladder, surface molding, specific color of wire for open ceilings, etc...
• To determine if the installation can be reasonably completed during normal business hours with minimal interruption to customer flow and regular store activities
• To identify an available and adequate power source
• To observe store personnel and customer traffic flow
• To identify any potential issues with merchandising, tables near the door or sign placement in the store that might block sensors or create false counts
