You may schedule a New Installation or Service Call, utilizing our on-line scheduling system. After submitting your request, a Client Services representative will contact you within 24 hours to provide you with a scheduled date/time for when a technician will be on site.

New Installation
By selecting the link below and submitting the attached form, you are making a request for Retail Echelon to schedule a New Installation.
We make every effort to schedule installations on the specific date requested. If we are unable to accommodate the request, you will be provided with the next available date as an alternative.
You will receive a confirmation at the e-mail address you enter below confirming your request for installation.
Once scheduled, should you decide to cancel this request, we do require 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge.

Service Call
By selecting the link above and submitting the form, you are making a request for Retail Echelon Installations Group to schedule a Service Call.
A technician will be dispatched to the specified location and on site within 3-10 days of this request, based on your selections.
You will receive a confirmation at the e-mail address you enter confirming your request for service.
Once scheduled, should you decide to cancel this request, we do require 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge.
