Our number one priority is to always exceed our customers expectations! We actively seek feedback from our customers so we can monitor and improve our performance.  We randomly select recently serviced locations to participate in a customer satisfaction survey. Those selected will receive a postcard or email asking them to call a toll free number and answer 5 questions from an automated service about their experience. We want to ensure our customers are satisfied and we are always looking for new ideas on how we can make the experience of working with us the best it can possibly be. Feedback from our customers also provides a great opportunity for us to give positive recognition to technicians who achieve complete customer satisfaction! Its our way of ensuring we are giving our customers the personalized service they deserve!
